Jon White: Owner and President of Classic Furniture Services since 1981, Jon has a degree in business from Babson College and has built Classic Furniture into a leader in the furniture restoration field. As a small business entrepreneur, Jon has owned other businesses and worked as a consultant to restoration firms and other small businesses. He is the creator of RestorationPro, a software program he designed especially for restoration firms.

Our Office Staff

Frank Pannone: Frank is our Residential Sales Manager and has over 20 years of experience in furniture and piano restoration. Frank has worked in a variety of roles since joining Classic Furniture in 1996, and previously worked for both Baldwin and Steinway Piano. He brings a high level of knowledge and craftsmanship to the firm, and is very experienced in furniture repairs, refinishing, restoration, and upholstery. Restoring and duplicating high gloss lacquer and polyester finishes is one of his specialties, and his personable nature creates a great rapport with our many residential customers.

Claire Richardson: Claire is our Claims Manager and has been managing the daily activities of the fast-paced transit claims division of Classic Furniture since 2002. Her prior experience in customer service really shows when dealing with some of the more demanding aspects of the claims business. Her friendly and professional manner is often complimented, and helps make the claims and repair process go very smoothly. Her knowledge and skills benefit both the customers who have a claim, and the moving and insurance companies who are processing it.  

Our Production Staff  

Bob Landon: Bob has been working in the furniture restoration field since 1966 working for furniture stores and piano companies. With over 22 years at Classic Furniture Services, Bob is our senior restorer and refinisher. His wealth of experience and knowledge allows us to handle a wide array of difficult projects, and be able to train a new generation of craftsman at the firm. 

John Daszkiewicz: John spends most of his time on the road handling repairs and inspections for moving companies, insurance adjusters, and residential clients. Before working at Classic Furniture, John honed his furniture repair and touch-up skills at Sears and Alpert's Furniture Store. John has been in the furniture restoration field since 1968, and his versatile abilities allow us to complete many difficult repairs onsite, so no furniture has to be moved.

Bill Kinder: Bill has 27 years experience in Furniture & Piano Restoration.                    He specializes in hand rubbed finishes and has an expert ability with                          Veneer repair & replacement. He has been with classic over 13 years                         and has helped us acomplish some of the difficult Veneering jobs.
 

John Muldoon: John has been with Classic Furniture for 18 years, and previously spent many years refinishing antique furniture for Chicago antique dealers. John has filled a variety of roles at the shop. He is also our highly skilled prep technician who's skills in carving & wood replacement  is a huge asset when it comes to working on antique & valuable furniture when such a task is required.

Carlton Lima: Carlton is one of our most experienced finishers at our shop. He has worked at Classic furniture for 7 years and previous worked as an architectural millworker for 11 years. His knowledge of lacquer and painted finishes and the ability to produce perfect results makes Carlton an important asset at our company.

Marc Badeau: Marc started at the age of 18 training and working for  Lacroix Furniture. He then worked his way up to lead finisher and quality control manager   from 1978 till 2002. He then went on to work for the Ethan Allen corporation as a     road tech in the boston district. He is highly experienced in Refinishing, On site touch-up repairs, Upholstery and Mechanical repair. His calm & friendly personality makes working with him a comfortable pleasure.  

Zoya Mazepa: Zoya is our custom upholsterer. She has been with Classic  Furniture for more than 4 years. Before joining the Team at Classic she worked 11 years for the Tamarin Healthcare Upholstery firm working with Vinyl, Leather, & many different types of fabric, reupholstering Medical & Dental Equipment, Furniture & Cabinets. Her enthusiasm for perfection and quality results with style & customer satisfaction. She is especially helpful assisting customers with choosing the proper fabrics for those special Items and speaks fluently in Russian, Ukraine & English.

Adam Thomson: Adam is one of our highly skilled technicians. He has been with Classic Furniture for more than 3 years. Before joining the Team at Classic he worked 9 years for Jordans Furniture as a road technician, handling  prepping of furniture and repairs as needed. He also was an Instructor for the repair training class. Now at Classic he handles On Site Repairs & Road Work for our moving claim department as well as repairing & refinishing in shop of our many difficult jobs. His pleasent personality allows for a smooth transition when dealing with customers on tough claims.

John De Jesus: John is trained and experienced in architectural stripping. He handles stripping of many different types of finishes including paint, varnishes, shellacs & laquers. Also he heads up our Pick Up & Delivery Department  and maintains Warehouse Organization as well as other shop maintainence that is most important  in keeping our facility running at it's best.
