I am writing to you to say thank you and to compliment you and your
staff on the repair work that you did on our furniture. We recently
relocated to Rhode Island from Florida and quite a few pieces of our
furniture were damaged in the move. I must admit both my husband and I
were very skeptical that anything could be done to fix the damage to
our kitchen table, bureau top, nigh tables, and dining room rattan
chairs. United Van Lines assured us that our firm would do a great job
and they were right. I received the last of the pieces today and I am
amazed. You would never know that they have been damaged.
From what I've been told, a craftsman named Bob did the work. Please
pass on my highest compliments and thanks to him. He is truly as asset
to your firm, In addition, your pickup and delivery staff were very
accommodating to us and our work schedules. I am very pleased with the
service and quality that Classic Furniture Services has provided and I
will certainly recommend you highly to anyone I know who ever needs any
